    Herb golfVia West Campus needs our help!
    As every year around Memorial Day weekend, our Lions Club members are requested to help out at Camp Via West with repairing and preparing the BBQ pit and the amphitheater before the summer guests arrive. Under Lion Bill’s leadership volunteers are needed Friday 5/26, Saturday and possibly Sunday. Come and join our famous spry nonagenarian Lion Bill in these fun activities! Learn more.

    Herb golf On Saturday June 17th, 2017 the DeAnza Lions Club will put on the 30th Annual Charity Golf Tournament! As in past years, the venue will be the Golf Club at Moffett Field.     Project Linus 2017

    Calling all Lions, Leos and friends… The 2nd 2017 Project Linus event is scheduled for August at the Odd Fellows Hall. Bring your scissors and be ready to have fun, starts at 6:30PM. Meet at the Hall to create lots of blankets for hospitalized children. No sewing or design experience is required. Read all about it here: Project Linus (PDF)


    Mark your calendars! On Saturday August 26th, 2017, Lions International and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) will fire the starting shot for the first joint Charity Bike Ride in support of the fight against Diabetes. More information available at the Ride4Diabetes home.

    Thanksgiving Holidays will be held in November. As in previous years, we will have a Food Drive in two different locations on the weekend before the big event, November 18, and 19th, with distribution scheduled for
    Monday morning, November 20. Please reserve a few hours to help man our stations and food collections over the weekend. We are ambitious and want to increase the number of food baskets to 180 this year, and help even more families than last year. Bring a friend!
